Oregon Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in collaboration with Regional Arts and Culture Council present: Negotiation Skills & Strategies for Artists and Performers

This workshop covers principals and tactics underlying one of the most important, though misunderstood components of a successful arts/entertainment career — negotiations (the process of securing favorable business terms).Concepts covered include: focusing expectations, undertaking advance preparations, cultivating effective skills and tactics, recognizing and avoiding common errors and impasses. The workshop will be lead by attorney Martin Medeiros.
